Anbau MPGRS Hungen - Ausbaugewerk Lüftung & Gebäudeautomation / 1. BA

Im Zuge des zweigeschossigen Erweiterungsbaus (Holzständer-/Brettsperrholzbauweise) im laufenden Schulbetrieb sind die Gewerke Lüftungstechnik und Regelungstechnik vollumfänglich zu errichten. Die Lüftungstechnik umfasst die Neuinstallation eines zentralen Lüftungsgerätes, mit integrierter Regelung/Schaltschrank, auf dem Dach des Neubaus, für die Be- und Entlüftung aller Räume des Erweiterungsbaus. Die Wärmeerzeugung RLT erfolgt mit einer VRF-Anlage, die neben dem Gerät aufgestellt wird. Die Lüftung ist mittels CO2 -Steuerung und variablen Volumenstromreglern auszuführen. Hierfür ist in jedem Raum ein Bediengerät mit CO2-Sensor vorgesehen. Als Grundlüftung wird 1/3 der jeweiligen Gesamtluftmengen angesetzt. Steigt der CO2-Wert, wird die Gesamtluftmenge genutzt. Die Zuluftversorgung der Klassenräume erfolgt über Quelluftauslässe am Boden und in der gemeinsamen Mitte über Gitter im Deckenkoffer. Die Abluft wird punktuell über Gitter, im Deckenkoffer, abgeführt. Alle Leitungen auf dem Dach erhalten eine wetterfeste Dämmung mit Blechmantel. Im Gebäude werden alle Zuluftkanäle gedämmt. Der Brandschutz wird durch motorische Brandschutzklappen gewährleistet. Im Bestandsgebäude ist zusätzlich eine Batterieraumlüftung zu installieren. Für die Gebäudeautomation sind örtliche Schaltschränke mit Automatisierungsstationen (ASP) vorzusehen. Durch die Gebäudeautomation können alle Steuerungsvorgänge des Neubaus zentral erfasst, angezeigt und über das Internet (VLAN) ferngesteuert werden. Als Bus-System ist MODBUS TCP/IP vorzusehen. Es sind alle, durch das Gewerk Elektro verlegten Kabel, aufzulegen.
