Hankintayksikkö on 10.3.2026 julkaissut Hansel Oy:n Tietokoneet 2023–2027 DPS:n sisällä tarjouspyynnön rajoitettuna menettelynä, tarjousten jättämisen määräaika oli 2.4.2026. Hankintayksikkö ei saanut määräaikaan mennessä yhtään tarjouspyyntöä vastaavaa tarjousta.
Suorahankinta toteutetaan tarjouspyynnössä esitetyin vaatimuksin eikä alkuperäisiä tarjouspyynnön ehtoja olennaisesti muuteta. Sovellettava lainkohta suorahankinnan osalta on ensisijaisesti lain julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (1937/2016) 5 luvun 40 §:n kohta 1.,
