Original language: csPředmětem plnění je dodávka pneumatik dle specifikace uvedené v příloze této výzvy.
Požadované plnění musí splňovat veškeré parametry stanovené zadavatelem. Zadavatel nepřipouští dodávku použitého, repasovaného ani jinak znehodnoceného zboží. Veškeré dodávané zboží musí být nové, nepoužité a dodané v originálních, neporušených obalech výrobce.
K nabídce je dodavatel povinen přiložit popis a obrázek nabízeného zboží za účelem ověření splnění požadovaných technických parametrů.
Nabídková cena musí být stanovena jako cena konečná a nejvýše přípustná. Musí zahrnovat veškeré náklady související s plněním veřejné zakázky, zejména náklady na dopravu, balení a ostatní náklady nezbytné pro řádné splnění předmětu zakázky.
