Hanke osa 1 esemeks on M3 kategooria II klassi kaheteljeliste elektribusside ostmine koos busside tarne, koolituse, garantii ja garantiiremonditeenusega ning muude riigihanke alusdokumentides sätestatud tingimuste täitmisega.
