Original language: PolishConsultor Sp. z o.o. – zwany dalej „Zamawiającym realizujący projekt pn. „Mazowiecka Akademia Aktywizacji” współfinansowanego z Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego Plus w ramach Priorytetu VIII Fundusze Europejskie dla aktywnej integracji oraz rozwoju usług społecznych i zdrowotnych na Mazowszu Działanie 8.1 Aktywizacja społeczna i zawodowa w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Mazowsza 2021-2027, zaprasza do złożenia oferty na przeprowadzenie zewnętrznych egzaminów z zakresu: „Pracownik telefonicznej i elektronicznej obsługi klienta” dla śr. 12 Uczestników/czek (gr.4) wraz z wydaniem dokumentów potwierdzających nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych lub innych dokumentów potwierdzających walidację kompetencji Uczestników/czek projektu „Mazowiecka Akademia Aktywizacji”, które ukończyły szkolenie. Potwierdzenie zdobycia kwalifikacji powinno nastąpić zgodne z Wytycznymi Ministra Funduszy i Polityki Regionalnej, dotyczącymi monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów na lata 2021-2027 z dnia 22 września 2025 r., szczególnie Załącznikiem nr 2 „Podstawowe informacje dot. uzyskania kwalifikacji w ramach Projektów współfinansowanych z EFS+”. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przeprowadzenie zewnętrznych egzaminów oraz wydanie dokumentów potwierdzających nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych lub innych dokumentów potwierdzających walidację kompetencji Uczestników/czek projektu „Mazowiecka Akademia Aktywizacji”, które ukończyły szkolenie wraz z wydaniem stosownych certyfikatów. Sposób zdobycia zgodny z Wytycznymi Ministra Funduszy i Polityki Regionalnej, dotyczącymi monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów na lata 2021-2027 z dnia 22 września 2025 r., szczególnie Załącznika nr 2. Załącznik nr 2 „Podstawowe informacje dot. uzyskania kwalifikacji w ramach Projektów współfinansowanych z EFS+”.
