Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Nummen urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 1 150 kilometriä, josta Ise talvihoitoluokkaa noin 10 km, Is 2-ajorataista noin 20 km, Is 1-ajorataista noin 180 km, sorateitä noin 210 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 70 km. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan vaativa urakka.
