Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Ylivieskan urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 1 000 kilometriä, josta Is-talvihoitoluokkaa noin 120 km, Ib-talvihoitoluokkaa noin 100 km, sorateitä noin 310 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 100 km. Urakkaan sisältyy myös ympäristövastuualueen tehtäviä. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan vaativa urakka.
