Original language: DutchMet ingang van de Wet Inburgering 2021 is de gemeente verantwoordelijk voor de maatschappelijke begeleiding van nieuwkomers die aan de inburgeringsplicht moeten voldoen. De maatschappelijke begeleiding bestaat uit twee componenten: praktische hulp bij het regelen van de basisvoorzieningen en voorlichting over deze voorzieningen in de Nederlandse samenleving. Daarnaast vindt juridisch spreekuur plaats en kunnen inburgeraars juridische begeleiding krijgen. Een substantiële groep inburgeraars uit Purmerend ontvangt zowel juridische als maatschappelijke begeleiding. De gemeente beschouwt de juridische begeleiding van inburgeraars daarom als een onderdeel van de maatschappelijke begeleiding die zij krijgen. Daarmee bestaat de maatschappelijke begeleiding per saldo uit drie componenten. De overeenkomst zal ingaan op 1 januari 2026 en zal in beginsel één jaar duren, dus tot en met 31 december 2026. De gemeente heeft de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst tweemaal met één jaar te verlengen. De omvang van de opdracht is afhankelijk van de jaarlijkse taakstelling van gemeente Purmerend. Er is een maximumprijs per traject overeengekomen met VluchtelingenWerk Nederland. De trajectduur van de maatschappelijke begeleiding bedraagt 12 maanden en kan in overleg met 6 maanden worden verlengd.
