The framework agreement is concluded for a fixed period of 24 months from its entry into force or until the full framework quantity / quantity calculated with the option is exhausted. The framework agreement is valid until the occurrence of the earlier condition. Offers can only be submitted for the entire part. The tenderer must make an offer for all lines of the price table in the given part. Warranty period: 12 months for the goods from the date of handover. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), if the technical description refers to a thing of a specified make or origin, or to a specific procedure that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or specific origin or manufacturing process, the designation is made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the phrase "or equivalent" must be understood alongside the designation, based on which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or a better solution than those specified in the documentation. The tenderer - if they wish to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to - must submit the document(s) supporting the equivalence in their professional offer. The Contracting Authority draws the tenderers' attention to the fact that the document supporting the equivalence may be, in particular (but not exclusively), technical documentation from the manufacturer or the certification of an independent, professionally recognized organization.
