Description

The Department seeks to engage a suitably qualified organisation to provide maintenance and repair, inspection and certification services for navigational aids and mooring equipment. The navigational aids and moorings are key to:- Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) in the area.- Supporting ABF operations and the maritime activities of other Commonwealth Agencies.- Supporting the safe conduct of maritime activities by the public.- Preventing anchor damage to sensitive and protected coral reefs. Conditions for Participation: Subject to clause 18 of the Terms and Conditions, the Department will exclude a response from consideration if the Tenderer does not meet the following Conditions for Participation: a) the Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record relevant to its entity type; and b) the Tenderer must hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record for any First Tier Subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to deliver goods and/or services with an estimated value of $4 million (GST inclusive) or more.
