L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le présent contrat porte sur la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements de sécurité des tunnels du réseau routier départemental, et concerne notamment : - Les installations de distribution électrique des tunnels routiers, à l'exception de celles du tunnel du Chat ; - Les installations d'éclairage des tunnels, y compris celles du tunnel du Chat. La maintenance préventive consiste en la réalisation de visites périodiques conformément aux spécifications propres à chaque équipement. La maintenance corrective intervient à la suite d'une panne signalée par l'exploitant sur un ou plusieurs équipements. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an, débutant à compter de la date de notification du contrat. Il est reconductible 3 fois.
