MAINTENANCE OF THE LIFT FLEET OF THE MUNICIPALITY AND THE CCAS OF BOLBEC

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are regulated by unit and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The purpose of this framework agreement is the maintenance of the lift fleet of the buildings of the municipality of Bolbec and the CCAS. The services include all operations necessary to maintain the equipment in good working order, ensure the safety of the installations and the continuity of the service, within the framework of an obligation of result. They are broken down as follows: - Preventive maintenance (lump-sum part) It includes all routine maintenance operations, checks, adjustments and replacement of wear parts necessary to keep the equipment in good working order, in accordance with regulatory provisions and manufacturer's specifications. - Corrective and curative maintenance (unit price part) It includes breakdown, repair and replacement of parts not included in the lump sum, carried out at the request of the contracting authority and resulting in the issue of purchase orders. - Major maintenance and renewal services These concern one-off interventions aimed at replacing or modernizing all or part of the equipment, improving its operation or extending its lifespan. These services are carried out after validation of a quote and the issue of a purchase order. - Regulatory compliance The contractor ensures regulatory monitoring and proposes the necessary adaptations of the installations to guarantee their compliance with legislative and regulatory changes. The services also include the management of urgent interventions, the safety of the installations, the monitoring of the equipment, the keeping of mandatory registers, as well as the provision of reports and dematerialized monitoring tools. The contractor is bound by an obligation of result, particularly concerning the availability of the equipment, user safety and the quality of the service provided.
