Maintenance and evolution of telephony infrastructures at the sites of the Collectivité de Corse

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the Collectivité de Corse (CDC) with the following services: - Maintenance and evolution of telephony infrastructures This framework agreement is concluded between the CDC, hereinafter also referred to as the contracting authority, and its contractor, hereinafter referred to as the contractor or operator; it concerns the maintenance and evolution of telephony infrastructures at the CDC sites. The objectives of the framework agreement are as follows: - The supply of fixed telephony equipment - Maintenance of assets ensuring the operation of fixed telephony infrastructures - Upgrades of hardware and software - Maintenance and updating of control and operation tools - Training and support on the technical operation of integrated equipment and solutions - Drafting and maintaining up-to-date architecture and operation documentation - Carrying out technical services including audit, consulting and integration.
