Project management for the closure of cell 5 with the creation of a biogas network and the installation of coconut coir mats, for the rehabilitation of cells 1, 2 and 3 and for the raising of the leachate basin on the Saint Jean de Libron IWMF site

The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for by lump sums. This project management contract covers three distinct but complementary aspects in terms of site waterproofing: Component A - leachate basin modification: - Inform Dreal - Installation of a raise on the leachate basin (safety to prevent any overflow into the natural environment in case of bad weather) - DOE Component B - Closure of cell 5 and associated works: - Closure and final capping of the dome of cell 5 in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Prefectural Order (AP) of the site - Creation of a biogas collection and recovery network on cell 5 and connection to the existing network - Installation of anti-erosion coconut coir mats on the slopes of cells 5 and 4 to ensure the stability of the embankments Component C - Rehabilitation of cells 1, 2 and 3: - Installation of surface waterproofing on cells 1, 2 and 3 - Repair of the existing biogas network of cells 1, 2 and 3 - Repair of existing rainwater collection ditches - Modeling of the domes with the addition and installation of a 1-meter layer of topsoil - Installation of anti-erosion coconut coir mats on the slopes of cells 2 and 3 (if necessary) The project management team will be at least a multidisciplinary engineering firm with the necessary skills to successfully carry out the missions in this field. The estimated budget for the works amounts to a total of 3,800,000.00 euros excluding tax, broken down as follows: Component A: 300,000 euros excluding tax Component B: 800,000 euros excluding tax Component C: 2,700,000 euros excluding tax
