Le marché a pour objet la maîtrise d'oeuvre relative aux travaux du groupe scolaire Le Val - Badinter, situé à Meudon (92). Le groupe scolaire fait l'objet d'un projet global de restructuration portant sur trois composantes : - La rénovation énergétique des logements situés au-dessus de l'espace de restauration : réhabilitation complète des appartements avec un objectif de performance énergétique minimal étiquette B et conformité BBC rénovation 2024, incluant le traitement de l'accès et de l'assainissement des caves ; - La restructuration de l'espace de restauration scolaire. Compte tenu de la nature des travaux, une cuisine provisoire modulaire sera implantée sur la parcelle attenante pendant toute la durée du chantier de restauration ; - L'aménagement, dans le cadre d'un projet de cour oasis, de la cour arrière, des deux cours existantes et de la double parcelle attenante. L'opération présente une diversité de compétences attendues compte tenu de la pluralité des usages concernés : scolaire (cours de récréation, cour oasis), restauration (cuisine collective) et logement (rénovation énergétique). L'opération se déroulera sur un site occupé pour la partie scolaire. La continuité du service de restauration devra donc être assurée pendant toute la durée des travaux, notamment par le maintien en fonctionnement de la cuisine provisoire modulaire.
