T-shirts

This tender concerns the procurement of uniforms for authorized customs officers, specifically T-shirts, in accordance with the Regulation on Uniforms and Civilian Clothing of Authorized Customs Officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, number 111/24). In cases of conflict between the Regulation and the specific specifications, the Regulation on Uniforms and Civilian Clothing of Authorized Customs Officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration shall take precedence. The contracting authority has invalidated the provision from Article 7, Paragraph 14 of the Regulation, which stated: 'Reflective Velcro (fine side) for job insignia is applied to the back.' The insignia on the T-shirts will be produced according to Specifications No. 7 (Long-sleeved T-shirts) and No. 8 (Short-sleeved Polo shirts) as detailed in the procurement documentation's Annexes.
