What is not defined by the aforementioned Rulebook is made according to the Regulation for a specific part of the uniform/footwear. In case of contradiction between the Rulebook on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration and the Regulation for a specific part of the uniform/footwear, the Rulebook on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration shall prevail. The Contracting Authority repeals the provision of the Rulebook on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration from Article 7, Paragraph 14: A reflective Velcro strip (hook side) for job badges is applied to the back.
