Daily and consumer goods paid for with payment cards

Numera Palvelut Oy requested offers from suppliers for daily and consumer goods paid for with payment cards, according to the tender documents. The subject of the procurement was daily goods and consumer goods, which Customers purchase in small batches on-site from grocery stores and online stores. The purchases are of a daily nature, acquired for current or other unforeseen needs. When making purchases, the Customer must have the Supplier's own payment card available, with which purchases attributable to the Customer's organizational account can be made in the Supplier's designated stores and outlets. The payment card must include an invoicing function that enables real-time tracking and reporting of purchases. The tender was carried out by an open procedure, based on which one tenderer who received the most points in the comparison was selected as the contract supplier. The contract period is fixed at four (4) years. The selection criterion for the tender was overall economic advantage, with the weight of price being 65 points and the weight of quality being 35 points. Numera Palvelut Oy's owner-customers who have committed to the tender or registered as option customers are listed in Appendix 1 of the draft contract (see Appendix 1 of the draft contract).
