Original language: GermanDie Stadt Seelze beabsichtigt die Erweiterung und den Umbau der Bertolt-Brecht-Gesamtschule in Seelze. Geplant ist ein Erweiterungsbau als Neubau, bestehend aus einem 4-geschossigen Baukörper (Bauteil A). In den Gebäudetrakten B, C, D, E werden Umbaumaßnahmen vorgenommen, ebenso im Bauteil H, einem ehemaligen Kioskgebäude. Die bestehende Sporthalle, Bauteil F, erhält einen Anbau (1-Feld-Sporthalle). Der 1. Bauabschnitt umfasst den Neubau von Bauteil A sowie die Umbaumaßnahmen von Bauteil B und H. Im 2. Bauabschnitt sind die Umbaumaßnahmen im Bauteil C sowie der Sporthallen Neubau (Bauteil F) geplant. Dieses Leistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet die Malerarbeiten im zu sanierenden Bauteil C sowie die Arbeiten im Neubau der Sporthalle. Alle weiteren Angaben sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
