Het contract met de ingeschreven ZZP-er wordt verzorgd door Haert B.V.. Het bureau verklaart met inschrijving van een beschikbare kandidaat dat deze kandidaat geen ZZP-er is.Gebiedsontwikkeling Zilverackers Betreft de aanleg en realisatie van een nieuwe woonwijk aan de westkant van Veldhoven. Hier realiseert de gemeente samen met marktpartijen en aannemers in diverse deelprojecten ca.1.400 woningen in een groen woonmilieu. Het betreft een actieve grondexploitatie en vanwege de woningbouwversnellingsopgave lopen veel deelprojecten parallel. De realisatie van Zilverackers is halverwege, maar er moeten de komende jaren nog veel werkzaamheden worden voorbereid, aanbesteed en uitgevoerd. Wat zoeken wij: Een manager projectbeheersing die verantwoordelijk is voor het inzicht in de stand van zaken op het gebied van geld /budget en hierop stuurt. Sturing is gebaseerd op risicomanagement.
