Description

Dans le cadre du grand projet des Cherpines, il est nécessaire de préciser le projet des espaces publics et de challenger les formes urbaines prévues par le Plan guide avec une démarche de participation citoyenne qui alimentera et accompagnera le MEP. Le présent marché a pour objet de sélectionner un mandataire ou un groupement pour une mission d’assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage (AMO) visant à organiser une procédure de MEP et une démarche de dialogue citoyen. L’Etat de Genève est en partenariat avec les communes de Plan-les-Ouates et de Confignon et les développeurs des Cherpines (GD Cherpines SA). Le mandat est composé d’une tranche ferme (Phase 1), d’une tranche conditionnelle (Phase 2) et d’une tranche optionnelle.
