Si en los puntajes finales existiera igualdad entre dos o más oferentes, la oferta escogida será aquella que obtenga el mayor puntaje los siguientes criterios que a continuación se indican, siendo escogida aquella que supere a la otra/s según el siguiente orden de importancia:
i)Oferta económica(FORMATO C).De continuar el empate se considerarán los siguientes criterios:
ii)Experiencia laboralFORMATO E (1.1; 1.2; 1.3)
iii)Generación de empleo (ANEXO 6).
iv)Cumplimiento antecedentes formales de la licitación (ANEXO 2).
En caso de persistir el empate, se adjudicará al proveedor que haya ingresado primero la oferta al portal de compras públicas.
Durante la etapa de evaluación, CONAF podrá solicitar a los oferentes de acuerdo, al artículo 56 del Reglamento de Compras, lo siguiente:
Las rectificaciones de los errores u omisiones detectados por la Entidad licitante y que se solicitan y permiten salvar o subsanar a los oferentes, no podrán conferir una situación de privilegio respecto de los demás competidores, dado que se afectará el principio de igualdad de los oferentes.
La solicitud de la entidad de rectificación de los errores u omisiones del oferente o de los oferentes se debe informar y publicar a través del Sistema de Información.
