SIMEST operates as a minority follower investor, in accordance with the market economy private operator principle. Size of intervention: maximum exposure of the Growth Section for each Intervention equal to Euro 15,000,000; operational focus on interventions between Euro 3,000,000 and Euro 10,000,000, and in any case within the financial availability of the Growth Section. Admissible subjects: Private Operators meeting the requirements set out in Paragraph 6.1 of the Directives (no registered office in black/grey list jurisdictions; no disqualifying sanctions pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001; no relevant convictions of legal representatives; no subject to international sanctions UE/OFAC/UK/UN). Type of procedure: selective procedure with continuous submission, not constituting a tender procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/2023 nor a public offer. Each Intervention is subject to a resolution by the Facilitation Committee referred to in Article 1, paragraph 270, of Law of December 27, 2017, n. 205, responsible for the administration of the Growth Section.
