Mäntynummen monitoimijatalon KVR rakennusurakka Lohjan kaupunki pyytää tarjouksia Mäntynummen monitoimijatalon rakennusurakan toteuttamisesta KVR-urakkana tilaohjelman ja teknisten asiakirjojen mukaisesti.
Urakkaan kuuluu myös aikaisempien tilojen purku urakkaohjelman mukaisesti lukuun ottamatta osaa Linderin koulusta ja liikuntahallia.
Monitoimijataloon sijoittuvat päiväkoti, esiopetus, 1-6 lk ja 7-9 lk koulu, iltapäiväkerho, nuorisotilat, kirjasto ja hallinto- ja kouluterveydenhoitotilat.
Monitoimijatalo mitoitetaan 600 oppilaalle, 150-paikkaiselle varhaiskasvatusyksikölle ja nuorisotilalle sekä noin 500 m2 kokoiselle kirjastolle.
Monitoimijatalon tulee olla valmis helmikuussa 2029. Kalustaminen ja käyttöönotto tapahtuvat keväällä 2029.
Optioina kysytään hintoja irtokalusteiden suunnittelusta ja hankinnasta.
