Marché d'assistance à Maitre d'Ouvrage en matière de gestion du traitement de l'amiante ne pouvant être assimilée à une mission de Maitrise d'OEuvre, de diagnostiqueur amiante ou de contrôleur technique selon la loi Spinetta du 4 janvier 1978. Le marché comporte une tranche ferme (études) et une tranche optionnelle (travaux) et porte sur les 11 volets définis à l'AE-CCP. La durée prévisionnelle du marché est de 36 mois ( en considérant que la tranche optionnelle est affermie après le délai maximum d'affermissement) . La date prévisionnelle de commencement d'exécution des prestations est octobre 2026. Les prestations débuterons à la lettre de commande de la mission 1 et se terminent à l établissement du PV de réception de levée des réserves dans le cas où la tranche optionnelle serait affermie. La date prévisionnelle de commencement d'exécution des travaux : 1er trimestre 2028. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle travaux est de 11 209 000 euros H.T. Les travaux s'effectuerons en milieu occupé.
