La consultation porte sur six exercices comptables (2026 à 2031). Le besoin recouvre la mission légale annuelle de certification des comptes et les vérifications spécifiques prévues par la loi et des missions spécifiques très ponctuelles. L'enjeu du marché est de sécuriser la fiabilité et la transparence de l'information financière d'un établissement dont le budget et le total de bilan croîtront fortement jusqu'aux Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques d'hiver 2030, dans un calendrier d'arrêté des comptes contraint.
