Le marché est un marché de conception-réalisation, passé en application des articles L. 2171-2, L. 2171-7 à L. 2171-8, R. 2171-1 et D. 2171-4 à R. 2171-23 du Code de la commande publique. Il comprend : • les études de conception et d’exécution ; • les travaux de restructuration, de réhabilitation et de démolition reconstruction de certains bâtiments ; • les travaux nécessaires à la mise en conformité réglementaire de l’établissement (accessibilité, sécurité incendie, sûreté, performance énergétique et environnementale, etc.) ; • le réaménagement et l’optimisation des espaces pédagogiques, administratifs, techniques et fonctionnels, afin de répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs de la communauté éducative. • L’installation et la gestion de bâtiments provisoires • La fourniture de mobilier scolaire et leur aménagement / déménagement
