Original language: FrenchLa mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre (mission de base sans EXE + missions complémentaires (dont mission de diagnostic)) concerne le projet de modernisation, de réorganisation et de rénovation de la salle de musiques actuelles de l'Atabal à Biarritz.
Le projet intègre une rénovation énergétique et environnementale du bâtiment ainsi que l'installation d'une centrale photovoltaïque en toiture. Situé dans la zone industrielle d'Iraty à l'entrée de Biarritz et à proximité du skate parc, le bâtiment, dessiné par Maïté Rumeau et construit en 2005, se développe sur 1 500 m² environ. Il s'agit principalement d'agrandir la jauge de la salle de concert à 1200 spectateurs (700 à ce jour), d'ajouter des studios de répétition de musique, de réorganiser certains locaux pour créer une salle de 300 spectateurs, et d'améliorer les performances environnementales (énergie et eau) du bâtiment et ce, sans détériorer la qualité acoustique existante. Pour la conception et le suivi de la réalisation de cette opération, il est prévu la passation d'un marché de maitrise d'oeuvre avec une équipe d'architectes et de bureaux d'études
