Original language: FrenchLe marché conclu à la suite de la procédure avec négociations engagée aura pour objet l'exécution des Missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre suivantes définies par l'article L.2431-1 du code de la commande publique et précisées dans le CCTP : Conception urbaine et architecturale : - Mise à jour du cahier des prescriptions architecturales, urbaines et paysagères (CPAUPE) - élaboration des études de faisabilité - élaboration des fiches de lot - mise à jour des fiches de lots - accompagnement à la communication et à la concertation - assistance à l'élaboration des dossiers de demande de subventions - élaboration d'une charte de développement durable - suivi des diagnostics ressources des bailleurs et élaboration d'une stratégie de réemploi - mise en compatibilité du PLUi Assistance à la conception et à la construction des îlots privés : - phase consultation - phase pré-PC / ateliers - phase PC - phase de réalisation des constructions Conception des espaces publics : - diagnostic des réseaux existants - Mise à jour de l'esquisse (ESQ) - Mise à jour de l'étude d'avant-projets (AVP) - études projet (PRO) Direction des travaux des espaces publics : - assistance à la passation des contrats de travaux (ACT/DCE) - visa des études d'exécution (VISA) - direction d'exécution des travaux (DET) - ordres de service (OS) - assistance aux opérations de réception (AOR) - assistance Ordonnance, Pilotage, Coordination (OPC VRD espaces publics) Synthèse ou coordination technique : - des projets immobiliers - des espaces publics
