Dans le cadre du renforcement de la sécurité des usagers, de la mise en conformité réglementaire et de l’amélioration durable de la fiabilité des installations, le Foyer Anderlechtois lance un marché mixte comprenant deux volets distincts mais indissociables : • Des travaux de modernisation, • Un service de maintenance en omnium total. Ces deux volets démarrent simultanément et doivent être assurés sans interruption de service. Les travaux portent sur la fourniture, la pose, le raccordement et la mise en service des nouveaux ascenseurs dans des bâtiments existants. Le service de La maintenance en omnium total couvre : • Les ascenseurs modernisés, • Les ascenseurs non modernisés, • Les portes et moyens d’accès aux parkings. Les deux volets du marché commencent à la même date. La valeur estimée du marché, incluant l'éventuelle répétition de travaux et services similaires , s’élève à 6.148.850,00 € HTVA, répartie comme suit : Marché de base : Travaux : 3.544.300,00 € HTVA ; Services : 1.274.550,00 € HTVA.
