Mandatory and continuous training of childcare assistants approved by the department of Val d'Oise - Lot 1 - Mandatory training of approved childcare assistants. It is carried out in the form of a public contract with an open adapted procedure (Article R2123-1 3° - Social services and other specific services - Public procurement code). This contract is concluded for a period of 1 year, starting from August 1, 2026, or from its notification if it is later than this date, tacitly renewable three times annually, without its total duration exceeding four years. A preparation period of 1 month is planned. Training will begin on September 1, 2026. This contract may not be renewed by the Contracting Authority, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, four months before the anniversary date of the contract, without compensation for the contract holder. The contractor cannot refuse renewal. In the event that the maximum annual amount of the contract is reached before the anniversary date of the contract, the contract may be renewed early at the express written request of the Contracting Authority. It is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 289,500 euros excluding tax. Negotiations will be initiated with the first three candidates in the ranking resulting from the analysis and who have submitted an offer that is neither inappropriate nor abnormally low. Negotiations will be conducted electronically on the buyer profile exclusively. Upon completion of negotiations, the negotiated offers will be subject to a final ranking. However, the buyer may award the contract based on the initial offers without negotiation.
