Le périmètre technique comprend les toitures des tranches A2 et A3 de Chinon, soit une vingtaine de toitures et une surface d'environ 10 640m². Les toitures ont une hauteur comprise entre 5 et 50 mètres. Les différents types de toitures sont les suivants : bacs secs, revêtements bitumineux, revêtements PVC. Les toitures en bacs secs sont à recouvrir par un complexe avec revêtement bitumineux. Les toitures en PVC peuvent être sujettes à des réparations avec le même type de revêtement ou par un remplacement complet par un complexe avec revêtement bitumineux.
