Original language: FrenchLa présente consultation concerne les prestations de déménagements pour les différents sites de la Ville d'Annecy. Les prestations comprennent notamment le transfert interne sur un même site, le transfert entre deux sites de la Ville d'Annecy, le transfert d'un site de la Ville d'Annecy vers un site de déchetterie. Conformément à l'article L.2113.13 du Code de la Commande Publique, la présente consultation est un marché réservé à des structures d'insertion par l'activité économique mentionnées à l'article L.5132-4 du code du travail et à des structures équivalentes, lorsqu'elles emploient une proportion minimale, fixée par voie réglementaire, de travailleurs défavorisés. Le marché est un accord-cadre en application de l'article R. 2162-2 du Code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre sera mono-attributaire et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande par l'Acheteur Public, dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et 14 du Code de la commande publique. Les bons de commandes seront notifiés par l'Acheteur Public au fur et à mesure des besoins. Montant mini 320 000 - Montant maxi 1 280 000 pour toute la durée du marché, soit 48 mois
