Marketconsultation : Temporary, flexible grid congestion solutions on water Opdrachtgever: Havenbedrijf Rotterdam Het generieke doel van een marktconsultatie is het verkrijgen van inzicht in oplossingsrichtingen die marktpartijen bieden voor de vraag die HbR heeft. Deze marktconsultatie is niet‑bindend en heeft als doel: Inzicht te krijgen in haalbare oplossingsrichtingen; Inzicht te krijgen in mogelijke aanbieders van oplossingen Kostenstructuren (indicatief) te vergelijken; Op basis van het verkregen inzicht zal HbR dan de vervolgstappen doen, die kunnen bestaan uit een selectie van kansrijke varianten, aanscherpen van de vraagstelling en/of het opstarten van een aanbestedingsprocedure. De keuze of en hoe HbR hiermee wenst voort te gaan is geheel aan HbR. Deelname aan de marktconsultatie leidt geenszins tot rechten in het vervolg traject.
