Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is enerzijds de markt tijdig te informeren over de voorgenomen opdracht, maar ook het verkrijgen van inzicht in oplossingsrichtingen die marktpartijen ten aanzien van bovengenoemde gebieden. Daarnaast heeft de consultatie tot doel:
• Inzicht verkrijgen in het aantal en type geïnteresseerde marktpartijen
• Verkennen in hoeverre bestaande, marktvolwassen (standaard)oplossingen met beperkte aanpassingen geschikt zijn voor toepassing binnen het walstroomdomein
• Inzicht in ambitieniveau ten aanzien van OCPP 2.1 communicatieprotocol
• Het ophalen van relevante inzichten om de toekomstige uitvraag te verbeteren en te toetsen
• Het verkrijgen van inzichten om de juiste inkoopstrategie en –procedure vast te stellen
• Het verkrijgen van inzichten om de juiste geschiktheidseisen, selectiecriteria en gunningscriteria vast te stellen
