Deze marktconsultatie dient ter voorbereiding op de voorgenomen aanbesteding over de selectie en implementatie van een enterprise data catalog. Wij hechten grote waarde aan uw mening en wil u vroegtijdig en actief betrekken voordat de voorgenomen aanbesteding van start gaat.
Wij organiseren deze marktconsultatie om inzicht te verkrijgen in de mogelijkheden van in de markt beschikbare enterprise data-catalog oplossingen. De resultaten van deze marktconsultatie helpen ons bij het opstellen van een goed onderbouwd en realistisch programma van eisen.
Wij benadrukken dat deze marktconsultatie geen onderdeel uitmaakt van de aanbesteding en er geen rechten aan kunnen worden ontleend.
De aanpak van de markconsultatie op hoofdlijnen is als volgt:
1. De marktconsultatie gaat vooraf aan de beoogde aanbesteding om mogelijkheden van een data catalog en de scope van de opdracht te bepalen.
2. De marktconsultatie bestaat in hoofdzaak uit schriftelijke vragen aan alle partijen die zich hebben aangemeld en een vraag aan drie partijen om een demo te geven.
3. De verkregen informatie uit de marktconsultatie zal door ons worden gebruikt daar waar mogelijk relevant in de voorbereiding van de aanbesteding en in de aanbestedingsstukken zelf.
4. Geïnteresseerde marktpartijen worden verzocht om de in het markconsultatiedocument onder hoofdstuk 4 opgenomen vragen te beantwoorden.
5. Maximaal drie respondenten worden uitgenodigd voor een demonstratie.
