Opdrachtgever: Schiphol Nederland B.V.
Voor u ligt het Marktconsultatiedocument van Schiphol Nederland B.V. (SNBV) met betrekking tot de voorgenomen Europese aanbesteding van de dienstverlening Passenger Service Point (PSP) op luchthaven Schiphol.
SNBV nodigt u van harte uit om deel te nemen aan deze Marktconsultatie. SNBV hecht veel waarde aan uw expertise en uw input helpt ons om beter te begrijpen wat haalbaar en wenselijk is vanuit de markt. De Marktconsultatie is bovendien bedoeld om (via een vragenlijst) inzicht te krijgen in de mate waarin uw organisatie in staat is de hieronder beschreven PSP-dienstverlening te leveren en/of u hierin interesse heeft.
Passenger Service Point (PSP)
Op dit moment zijn verschillende passagiersgerichte diensten afzonderlijk uitbesteed aan diverse leveranciers, zonder onderlinge bundeling. In de afgelopen periode heeft SNBV onderzocht of, en op welke manier, deze diensten kunnen worden samengebracht in één geïntegreerde dienstverlening.
De gedachte hierbij is dat integratie meer grip geeft op de operationele processen, mogelijkheden biedt tot efficiëntere inzet van personeel en bijdraagt aan een meer consistente en klantgerichte dienstverlening.
Het resultaat van dit onderzoek is dat het samenbrengen van de huidige afzonderlijk georganiseerde passagiersdiensten, waaronder Customer Care, Lost & Found, Baggage Storage en de informatie over de PRM‑dienstverlening in één geïntegreerd Passenger Service Point (PSP) leidt tot meer efficiëntie en een kwalitatieve verbetering van de diensten.
SNBV onderzoekt momenteel verschillende scenario’s voor de inrichting van deze PSP‑dienstverlening. Daarmee is deze Marktconsultatie uitdrukkelijk verkennend van aard. De uiteindelijke scope en inrichting van de dienstverlening kunnen op basis van deze Marktconsultatie of interne overwegingen nog worden aangepast.
