De gemeente Twenterand organiseert een marktconsultatie over de Kadernotitie Sociaal Domein Twenterand. zie bijlage). Met deze consultatie wil de gemeente in gesprek gaan met mogelijke aanbieders over de concrete uitwerking van de voorgestelde koers. In deze notitie beschrijft de gemeente hoe zij, aansluitend op diverse landelijke ontwikkelingen, wil toewerken naar een sterk lokaal team waarin de gemeenschap en de kernondersteuners een centrale rol vervullen, aansluitend bij de lokale situatie in Twenterand.
Een onderdeel van de kadernotitie is het toewerken naar een voorliggend lokaal team. We willen de toegang tot ondersteuning eenvoudiger, herkenbaarder en dichter bij inwoners organiseren. Dit betekent een beweging naar sterke lokale teams die niet alleen doorverwijzen maar ook zelf hulp bieden en de kracht van gemeenschappen benutten en versterken. Dit vormt de basis voor een nieuwe manier van werken waarin nabijheid, normaliseren en preventie centraal staan. Hiervoor willen we één partner contracteren die samen met ons deze beweging in gang gaat zetten.
Met deze marktconsultatie nodigt de gemeente Twenterand mogelijke aanbieders uit om mee te denken over hoe deze visie het beste kan worden vertaald naar de praktijk.
