Door middel van deze marktconsultatie wil Vechtstromen inzicht verkrijgen in de mogelijkheden die de markt biedt voor het uitvoeren van een aanbesteding Beheer Grondwatermeetnet. De opdracht bestaat uit het (continueren van) het verzamelen, opslaan, controleren/valideren en beschikbaar stellen van betrouwbare grondwaterstandsmetingen, inclusief het bijbehorende onderhoud van het meetnet, alsmede het aanbrengen van eventuele nieuwe meetpunten en/of het opruimen van te vervallen meetpunten. Het huidige meetnet bestaat volledig uit automatische (telemetrische) meetpunten (momenteel 512 actieve). Vechtstromen wenst deze wijze van gegevensinwinning te continueren, zonder daarbij op voorhand vast te willen blijven houden aan de apparatuur, software en wijze van gegevensoverdracht zoals deze op dit moment in gebruik is.
