Das Markterkundungsverfahren wird ergebnisoffen durchgeführt und ist sowohl für die Gemeinde Rellingen als auch für interessierte Unternehmen unverbindlich. Die Teilnahme an der Markterkundung begründet keine Ansprüche auf die Durchführung oder Berücksichtigung in einem ggf. später durchzuführenden wettbewerblichen Vergabeverfahren.
