Vállalkozási keretszerződés / Személyszállítás különcélú menetrend szerint közlekedő szolgálati autóbuszjáratokkal Magyarország területén belül, minden hét minden munkanapján, az alábbiak szerint: 1. részajánlati kör: Martfű - Szentes és vissza viszonylatban Ajánlattevőnek 1 db minimum 20 maximum 30 fő utas ülőhellyel rendelkező teljesítő és 1 db minimum 20 maximum 30 fő utas ülőhellyel rendelkező tartalék autóbuszt kell megajánlania. Ajánlatkérő 19 vagy annál kevesebb és 31 vagy annál több utas ülőhellyel rendelkező autóbuszt nem fogad el. Ajánlatkérő az éves keretösszegek megállapítása során az alábbi közlekedési napokkal számol: 2026. évben 86 munkanap, (amennyiben az első teljesítés időpontja 2026. szeptember 01.) 2027. évben 254 munkanap. Az 1. részajánlati körben a szerződés éves keretösszegeinek összegszerű mértéke a nyertes Ajánlattevő által megajánlott napidíj (napi nettó forint HUF megajánlás) és az adott évre vonatkozó közlekedési napok szorzata. Ajánlatkérő a fenti módszer szerint számított éves szerződéses keretösszegek 70%-a tekintetében vállal felhasználási (lehívási) kötelezettséget. Ajánlattevő az éves keretösszegek felhasználási kötelezettséggel nem terhelt része lehívásának elmaradása esetén ebből eredő kárigényt nem támaszthat.
