Die Leistung umfasst alle Massivbauarbeiten (Stahlbeton-/Mauerarbeiten) der Gebäude des Neubaus "Kriminalpolizeidirektion und Polizeirevier" in Calw. Bei dem Bauwerk handelt es sich um mehrere, nicht unterkellerte, Baukörper (Hauptgebäude, Nebengebäude, Carports). Das bis zu 4-geschossige Hauptgebäude wird in hybrider Bauweise (bauseitiger Holzbau und klassischer Massivbau) erstellt. Zur Ausführung kommen dabei auch graue Sichtbetonwände mit Bretterschalung, sowie Betonfertigteile. Nebengebäude und Carports werden als reiner Massivbau ausgeführt, überwiegend in anthrazit eingefärbten Sichtbeton mit Bretterschalung. Die Bodenplatten und EG-Wände werden in WU-Bauweise erstellt. Daneben umfasst das LV u.a. notwendige Erdarbeiten zur Herstellung des Planums für die bauseitige Rüttelstopfverdichtung, die Erdarbeiten für die Baugrube der Gebäude, sowie Grundleitungen, Betoneinlegearbeiten, Abdichtungs-, Dämm- und wenige Estricharbeiten. Das LV beinhaltet folgende übergeordnete Maßnahmen / Massen: Aushub ca. 4.800 m³; WU-Bodenplatten + Fundamente ca. 1.700 m³; Wände, Stützen Über/Unterzüge grau ca. 660 m³; Wände, Stützen Über/Unterzüge SB grau ca. 320 m³; Wände, Stützen Über/Unterzüge SB anthrazit ca. 480 m³; Deckenplatten grau ca. 800 m³; Deckenplatten SB anthrazit ca. 410 m³; Mauerwerkswände ca. 340 m²; Abdichtung Bodenplatte ca. 2.080 m; Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen.
