Consumable materials for BROTHER type printers

This procedure aims to purchase printer cartridges and consumables, divided into 10 lots, with the minimum technical specifications and quantities provided in Annex no. 1 to the Specifications, based on a Framework Agreement concluded with several economic operators (the bidders ranked in the top 3 places, for each lot separately), without reopening competition. If the number of participating economic operators who submitted admissible offers for a lot is less than 3, the Framework Agreement will be concluded with all those who submitted admissible offers. When two or more offers have the same financial proposal value and are ranked in the same place, the contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement with all economic operators ranked in the places corresponding to the maximum number (3) established, after the re-offering stage. The method of concluding subsequent Contracts will be in accordance with clauses 3.1.3. – 3.1.6. of the Framework Agreement. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: according to Annex no. 1 to the specifications. Estimated value of the largest subsequent Contract anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement: according to Annex no. 1 to the specifications. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire Framework Agreement: according to Annex no. 1 to the specifications. Estimated schedule (frequency and value of contracts to be awarded): annual. The dates proposed in the estimated schedule represent the intention of the Paying Beneficiary, not a firm commitment on its part regarding the award of Subsequent Contracts, based on the working assumption that no unforeseeable events / circumstances that could not be taken into account at the time of initiating the award procedure will occur, and that the necessary financial resources will be ensured.
