Original language: FrenchLe marché est conclu pour une durée de 24 mois à compter de sa date de notification. Le marché est reconductible une (1) fois par décision tacite pour une durée de 2 ans à chaque fois sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder quatre ans. Le pouvoir adjudicateur doit, pour ne pas reconduire le marché, se prononcer par écrit, en recommandé avec accusé de réception, en respectant un préavis de trois mois avant la fin de la durée de validité du marché. Le titulaire du contrat ne peut pas refuser la reconduction selon les dispositions de l'article R.2112-4 Code de la commande publique. Le marché pourra être reconduit de façon anticipée en cas d'atteinte du montant maximum avant le terme de la période concernée. Le pouvoir adjudicateur en informera alors le titulaire par courrier électronique, indiquant la date effective de commencement et de fin de la nouvelle période d'exécution du contrat. L'émission des bons de commande ne peut intervenir que pendant la durée de validité du marché.
