Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování koncepčního řešení (rozpracování architektonické studie), všech stupňů projektové dokumentace navazujících na architektonickou studii školského objektu charakteru dřevostavby se čtyřmi třídami, a to v takovém stupni a kvalitě, která umožní řádnou přípravu stavby v souladu s relevantními právními předpisy. Stavba bude umístěna v zahradě a navazujících pozemcích stávající dvoutřídní mateřské školy v ulici Soukenická. Autorský dohled nad zpracováním projektové dokumentace bude zajišťovat zhotovitel architektonické studie. Součástí předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je rovněž poskytnutí licence ke zpracované projektové dokumentaci a jejího hmotného zachycení, a to na celou dobu trvání ochrany majetkových práv plynoucích z autorství vybraného dodavatele. Součástí předmětu plnění je i obstaravatelská (inženýrská) činnost, součinnost se zadavatelem a autorský dozor.
