Description
LifeLabs on behalf of Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) is currently inviting vendors to provide proposals for the supply of certain goods (the “Goods”) as further outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). An individual or entity responding to this RFP is referred to in this RFP as a “vendor”.This RFP sets forth the key requirements for MALDI-TOF MS testing and solicits a detailed response from vendors that shall include service, quality, technology enhancements, pricing, and performance commitments.SHA is exploring sourcing analyzers for 3 sites located at PA, RRPL and RUH within the contract term of seven (7) years. It should be noted that space is at a premium at all 3 facilities therefore outside the box thinking is welcome when developing a proposal. The vendors MUST HAVE Health Canada approval or CE-IVD databases available for MALDI-TOF MS (including devices, assays and workflow).
Please note, the current Lab Information System (LIS) vendor for all sites is Soft Computer Consultants (SCC). The analyzers will need to be interfaced with the LIS at individual sites.If the vendor feels an on-site visit(s) is required, please refer to the Contact and Submission Details for contact information.
