Inleiding De Metropoolregio Eindhoven (MRE) zoekt een Medewerker Frontoffice voor het project Beethoven Wonen. De frontoffice van Beethoven Wonen vormt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gemeenten, corporaties en ontwikkelaars. De opdrachtnemer is (of levert) een frontofficemedewerker die zorgt voor gemeentelijk contact, triage, monitoring en administratieve verwerking. Doel van de opdracht Professionele, uniforme en toegankelijke dienstverlening rondom vragen over woningbouwregelingen en subsidies. Werkzaamheden Beantwoorden van eerstelijnsvragen via telefoon, mail en het digitale loket. Bezoeken van alle deelnemende regiogemeenten t.a.v. de woningbouwpropositie. Uitvoeren van triage en doorzetten van casu?stiek naar backoffice. Ondersteunen bij informatieverstrekking en communicatie-uitingen. Registreren van klantcontacten en voortgang. Signaleren van knelpunten en trends in klantvragen.
