Inventariseren en beoordelen van situaties waarin gemeentegrond in gebruik is genomen zonder dat daar afspraken over zijn gemaakt; het zo mogelijk formaliseren van het gebruik middels verkoop van de grond dan wel het aangaan van een huurovereenkomst; het adviseren over en het beoordelen van situaties waarin het gebruik be?indigd dient te worden of waarin een beroep op verjaring wordt gedaan. Het in verband met bovengenoemde werkzaamheden opstellen en afsluiten van koop- en huurovereenkomsten, het verzorgen van de daarmee samenhangende correspondentie (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling) en de notari?le afwikkeling in geval van grondverkoop.
