In verband met ziektes binnen het cluster voorzien wij knelpunten in het eerste klantcontact met inwoners die bellen met een vraag op het gebied van WMO, Participatiewet en Jeugd. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een inhuurkracht die minimaal 32 tot 36 uur beschikbaar is. Als Frontofficemedewerker sociaal domein ben jij de eerste contactpersoon voor de inwoner die belt met een hulpvraag. Met een brede kennis van het sociaal domein weet je de vraag van de inwoner duidelijk te krijgen en beantwoord je waar mogelijk de vraag of ga je op zoek naar het antwoord en bel je de inwoner later terug. Je weet in te schatten wanneer de vraag doorgezet dient te worden naar de consulenten WMO, PW of Jeugd. Je bent in daarmee in staat om goed uitvraag te doen op het gebied van WMO en de participatiewet. Je schat in of er een keukentafel gesprek nodig is dan wel een telefonisch consult met de inwoner. Voor het aandachtsgebied WMO plan je deze afspraken direct in. Dit doe je in de door de consulent aangegeven momenten in de agenda's. Waar nodig stem je af met de consulent voordat je een afspraak plant of een vraag beantwoordt. Je legt de hoofdlijnen van het gesprek duidelijk en bondig vast. Naast de telefonische contact momenten plan je de afspraken in met de inwoner en de consulent daar waar de beschikking afloopt zodat de consulent tijdig kan beoordelen of een beschikking al dan niet verlengd dient te worden.
