Agency: UNESCO | Reference: RFQ No BEI/CI/2026/007 | Type: Request for quotation Development of the Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Digital PlatformAs part of the "Youth Empowerment Project in South Lebanon," funded by UNIFIL and implemented by UNESCO, we are seeking a qualified company to design, develop, test, launch, and support a comprehensive Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Digital Platform.Media and Information Literacy (MIL) refers to the set of skills and competencies that enable individuals to critically access, evaluate, and create information across various media and communication channels. It empowers people to identify misinformation and disinformation, understand how algorithms and online platforms shape the information they receive, verify sources before sharing content, and engage responsibly in digital spaces. MIL is increasingly recognized as an essential life skill, particularly for youth, in navigating today's complex media and information ecosystem.The platform will serve as a national awareness and learning hub, featuring a bilingual (Arabic/English) website, content management system, social media integration, AI-powered features (chatbot, recommendation engine, moderation tools), analytics dashboards, and capacity-building activities for youth contributors.Please find attached the full Terms of Reference (TOR), which details the background, objectives, scope of work, content structure, deliverables, and qualification requirements for this assignment.We kindly invite your company to submit a quotation, including:1.
